To request a refund, please email support@letterly.io with your course details and reason for requesting the refund. We will respond within 2 business days.
💵 Refund Policy Summary
- Students are eligible for a refund of any remaining sessions if they withdraw from the program at least 24 hours before the next scheduled meeting. For example, in a 12-week program priced at $999, if a student withdraws 24 hours before the second meeting, the refund amount will be calculated as $999 ÷ 12 × 11, corresponding to the 11 remaining sessions.
- Cash Refunds are issued in USD. They will be returned in your original form of payment or via Zelle.
