🚫 Missed Class Policy
- Refunds will not be issued if a student misses a scheduled class
- If a student is more than 25 minutes late, the coach will mark it as a no-show at their discretion. This will count as a missed class and is not eligible for a refund.
- We do not guarantee refunds due to personal scheduling conflicts, either past or future.
- If class times shift due to Daylight Saving Time, refunds will not be provided for missed sessions. Please verify the student’s schedule in advance.
- All Letterly coaching sessions and seminars will be communicated in US EAST Time Zones. Customers are responsible for converting into their own local time zone.
🕒 Schedule Changes & Rescheduling Policy
You will be given a set time slot each week for the duration of the program. Once your schedule is confirmed, all session times are final. You may request a reschedule in the following scenarios:
- Prior to 24 hours before your confirmed time, you are able to reschedule anytime within the coach’s window of availability with no rescheduling fee.
- A $30 rescheduling fee applies if you reschedule:
- Within 24 hours inside of the coach’s window of availability
- Anytime outside of the coach’s window of availability
- If you missed a class
- If no reschedule is requested or the fee is unpaid, the session is marked as missed and cannot be made up.
- If you request a session outside of the coach’s window of availability, you will not be guaranteed the same coach.
⏱️ On-Time Attendance
- Students are expected to join meetings on time.
- Coaches will wait up to 10 minutes; after that, the session is marked as a no-show and cannot be made up.
🧠 Make-Up Sessions
- If a student misses a scheduled class, make-up sessions are not guaranteed and follow the same rescheduling fee policy above.
- Sessions missed without proper rescheduling are considered forfeited.
🔁 Coach Changes
Letterly reserves the right to reassign a student to a different coach, with prior consent from the family.
- Customers can request a new coach at any point during the duration of the program. The assignment of the new coach is subject to Letterly’s approval.
